Free Standard Shipping
We are thrilled to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $29 within the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. For orders under $29, a flat rate of $5.99 applies within these same areas.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

• Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  
• Schedule: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  
• Delivery Estimate: Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
  
• High Volume: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
  

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of generation.

Damages & Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

1. Take a quick photo of the damaged item and packaging.
   
2. Contact our support team at hey@hazelicious.com within 30 days of delivery.
   
3. We will immediately arrange a complimentary replacement or a full refund.
